Webinar deck FAQs
Front-load value in the first 5 minutes β SlideGMM's webinar template opens with the takeaway, then explains the supporting evidence. The opposite (build-up to a reveal at minute 45) loses 60% of the audience by minute 15. Start with the answer, prove it through the rest.
The deck produces "poll prompt" slides at strategic moments (typically 1 every 10 minutes). You'll still trigger polls in your webinar platform (Zoom, Demio, Restream) but the deck cues the audience that interaction is coming. Reduces drop-off by signaling "we're not just talking at you."
For 45 minutes including Q&A, plan 25β30 slides (one slide per 90 seconds, plus 5 slides for Q&A backup). SlideGMM defaults to a 30-slide structure for webinar prompts. Going past 35 means you'll rush the Q&A; going below 20 means you're reading bullets out loud.
Yes β same source content, "async" output mode. The follow-up version is denser (more text per slide), formatted for self-paced reading, and exports as PDF. Send it to the no-shows along with the recording link to recover the leads who registered but missed it.
Export as PDF for use in OBS as image overlays, or use PowerPoint Presenter View if you're screen-sharing the deck directly. Most webinar tools (Zoom, Riverside, Demio) accept .pptx natively, so you can run the deck from inside the platform without extra setup.
