Turn any blog post into a polished slide deck

Paste a blog URL or article text. SlideGMM extracts headings, key takeaways, and visuals into a presentation-ready deck. Repurpose long-form content as social slides, lecture material, or webinar decks.

How to convert a blog post into a slide deck

  1. Pick the version of the post you want to repurpose

A 3,000-word how-to and a 600-word listicle become very different decks. For long-form posts, SlideGMM defaults to 12–16 slides. For shorter posts, 6–8 slides. If you want a specific count, mention it in the prompt: "convert into 10 slides for a webinar."

  2. Paste the URL — SlideGMM strips chrome

Mozilla Readability strips navigation, sidebar widgets, ads, comments, and "related posts" before parsing. What remains is article body. This is materially cleaner than Google Docs export or PDF where boilerplate sometimes survives.

  3. Choose audience-tuned template

Webinar deck → business template (clean charts, room for Q&A slides). Internal training → academic template (citation-friendly, dense allowed). Social-clip slides → marketing template (image-heavy, bold typography). Template choice changes how aggressively long paragraphs split into bullet points.

  4. Pull featured image into cover

Most blog posts have a hero/featured image — SlideGMM auto-detects og:image and uses it as cover slide background. If you want a different cover, drag-replace before exporting.

  5. Add a "find this on the blog" outro slide

Repurposing slides without a backlink is a missed marketing opportunity. SlideGMM's blog-post template includes a final slide with the original URL and a QR code (toggle in template settings). For social use, this drives readers from the slides back to the full post.
